Is your site secure?

We also use eway as a real-time payment gateway. (whats a payment gateway?)

Do I have to pay online?

No. You may place the order through our site, and pay by the following alternate methods;

  • Cheque/Money Order
  • Credit Card Payment over the Phone (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Electronic Funds Transfer/Direct Deposit

Please note, you order will not be sent until payment is received in full.

Do I have to register?

No. You may add items to your cart and use the quick checkout. All we will need is a few details such as your name, email and shipping address. If you plan to order on a regular basis, you might find it useful to register as you can then view your order history, print invoices, change your details and more.

Do you charge GST?

Yes. GST is automatically included in the price.

Do you charge shipping?

Yes. All products ship for a flat-rate of $6 Australia-wide. All items are sent by Australia Post, Express shipping is also available.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Depending on what types of products you order and how you pay for them, you can usually expect delivery in 2-10 working days. Paying online by Secure Credit Card is the fastest payment option available.

Are there ever any additional charges to my order?

Additional charges will usually only occur if;

a) You specifically request us to design your artwork
b) The artwork you send in is not ‘press ready’ (we will notify you before commencing any changes)
c) You request changes to the product after it has been manufactured

What are your artwork requirements?

Please send press-ready CMYK artwork as either; eps, illustrator or pdf (fonts converted to outlines) or tiff, or jpg.

Please ensure artwork is at least 300 d.p.i. (600 d.p.i. preferred for line art)

The cards must measure exactly 91 x 55mm for landscape cards, or 55 x 91mm for portrait cards. 1mm will be trimmed on all sides. Its best to leave a 3mm gap from the edge for text as it might otherwise be cut off.

Please note, we CANNOT print Microsoft Publisher or Word Documents as they are not a high enough quality. We can convert these files for you for a fee of $25.

How do I send my artwork to you?

If your artwork is under 5mb in size, please email it to ‘artwork’ at this domain.

Otherwise, we can set up an FTP account for you.
